Shipping Policy
Sproutly is operated by NH Resource Group LLC, a New York limited liability company. This Shipping Policy governs all shipments placed through the Sproutly website and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization and order confirmation. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guarantees.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines vary by destination and are as follows:
- United States: 10 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 9 business days
- Australia: 10 to 14 business days
These timelines include processing and transit time. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, supply chain disruptions, or high order volume.
Tracking and Shipping Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after shipment. Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of delivery for purposes of this policy.
Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. Sproutly is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for replacement, refund, or reshipment. Claims of non-receipt despite carrier delivery confirmation are not grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or reshipments.
International Shipments
International shipments including shipments to the United Kingdom and Australia may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delays. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sproutly is not responsible for customs clearance delays, seized packages, or rejected shipments. Packages returned due to customs rejection are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping fees including handling, processing, and carrier charges are non-refundable under all circumstances including order cancellations and refund approvals.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to address error, refusal, or failure to claim, Sproutly may, at its sole discretion, reship the order at the customer's expense or cancel the order without refund.

Force Majeure
Sproutly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, pandemics, acts of God, supply chain disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Chargeback Notice
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for shipping-related issues without first contacting Sproutly customer support constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in denial of future service. All shipping inquiries must be directed to support@sproutly.store before any dispute is initiated.
