Sproutly is operated by NH Resource Group LLC, a New York limited liability company.
At Sproutly, we want you to feel confident trying our products. That is why we offer the Sproutly Promise -- a 90-day money-back satisfaction program on your first purchase.
The Sproutly Promise
If you are not satisfied with your initial Sproutly order, you may request a refund within ninety (90) days of confirmed delivery. This program is designed to give first-time customers peace of mind.
Eligibility
To be eligible for refund consideration, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request must apply to your first order from Sproutly
- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of confirmed delivery
- Limited to one (1) use per customer, household, and payment method
- Request must be submitted directly to Sproutly before any chargeback or dispute is initiated
Subsequent purchases, subscription renewal orders, replacement orders, and promotional orders are not eligible.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@sproutly.store within 90 days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to confirm eligibility.
Important Limitations
- Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued only after review and approval by Sproutly
- Product returns are not required
Chargeback Notice
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card provider instead of contacting Sproutly directly will immediately void eligibility for refund consideration under the Sproutly Promise and any other discretionary refund program. We strongly encourage you to contact us first -- we are here to help.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid renewal. To cancel: Click here to manage your subscription
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, the charge is final and non-refundable.
Agreement to Policy
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy in full. This policy is governed by Sproutly's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service control.
