How we research and write our articles

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Most supplement blogs repeat each other. We go back to the studies. The Sproutly Journal explains what published research says about sulforaphane, broccoli sprouts and digestive health, and it links every study so you can check it yourself.

Who writes them

Articles are written and edited by the Sproutly editorial team. Sproutly is operated by NH Resource Group, based in Monsey, New York.

We write about one subject, sulforaphane and the gut, and we go deep on it.

Where the facts come from

  • New and updated articles link the studies behind their health claims.
  • We cite original research: peer-reviewed studies on PubMed, clinical trial records, and government sources such as the NIH and USDA.
  • No other blogs, no news stories, and no "studies show" without the study.

How we keep articles current

  • Every article shows when it was last updated: when what it says changed, not when we fixed a typo.
  • When new research changes the picture, we update the article and its date.

Bring it to your doctor

Every source is linked. If you're weighing a change, you can show your doctor exactly what you read.

The same rule built our formula

The research-first rule behind the Journal also built Sproutly Broccoli Sprout Extract Capsules:

  • Glucoraphanin plus active myrosinase, with mustard seed as a second source of myrosinase: the conversion the research describes, built into every serving.
  • Every batch lab tested for potency and heavy metals.
  • Made in an FDA-registered, GMP facility.
  • 90-day money-back guarantee.
